Josh brought up something in Storytime that I have also realized over the past few years. I don’t bring up my mysterious health problems to doctors because I forget to talk about them when I am there in the doctor’s office. I know, however, that I really only forget because I don’t want to talk to the doctor them in the first place. Certain things somehow seem better left unknown… which is, of course, a really stupid way to feel. People literally die because they put off going to the doctor about a lump or a pain when they first realize it… they wait until it is unavoidable, which usually means it’s too late. It’s as though somehow if a problem is not actually diagnosed, it doesn’t exist. Talk about denial!
Anyhow, after writing this and posting it I will probably still not go to the doctor…

The feedback that we’ve gotten on the new episode of Noodle Scar has been great so far. People seem to really enjoy it, which is great motivation for us to keep going. It’s gonna be tough (coming up with decent new content every week), but it’s been lots of fun so far… so even while tough it is still enjoyable.
While we were filming, at the LA Arboretum Nevin took this great shot of us. Makes us almost look like we know what we’re doing.

Lan and Bonny and I have just started a new project that we’ve been talking about for a while, Noodle Scar. It’s supposed to be a mostly comedic semi-news type show that will be hosted by Bonny. The first episode is already done. We are going to start with a goal of one episode per week, and increase them from there if it ever gets any kind of following.
Even the format of the show itself is still up in the air, but we are pretty sure it’s going to be like the first episode for now… and we’ll see where it goes from there.
Right now I need to start doing some research to find out the when/where/what for our next episode. Here’s a project that I’d really like to see through, unlike the somewhat pointless Videonatomy.

Bonny reports from Santiago Canyon Road at Irvine Lake on the fire that has thus far consumed 6,500 acres in the Cleveland National Forest and caused the evacuations of 2,100 homes.
