Holy crap this is cool. It’s a Google map for a portion of Mars, made with the help of NASA. Not very useful… but it sure gets the mind running… you know… old dreams of becoming an astronaut. Actually, I don’t know if that’s what I was interested in when I was a kid. I remember when I was maybe 5 or 6 I had a big poster of the solar system and a cheap little telescope… but not much else. I don’t even know if I ever used that thing. Most of my childhood is gone entirely, and what I do remember is in tiny flashes… no real substance. Anyhow, this Google Mars this is great… er… for looking at Mars.
